Situation Summary
Negative mentions of "long wait times" jumped 34% week-over-week across two competitors, and a new complaint cluster around surprise fees is forming fast. Meanwhile, their highest-rated reviews almost all credit easy online booking, a bar you already meet. The gap to exploit is response speed and upfront pricing.

PeekWise.ai connects to public review platforms including Google and Yelp. Every night our system fetches the new public reviews posted about each competitor you track, and an AI model reads every one of them. It scores the sentiment of each review, then groups what customers are saying into recurring themes — things like slow response times, surprise fees, staff turnover, or praise for a specific service. Because it re-runs nightly, it can also compare this week against previous weeks and flag themes that are new or accelerating, which is how rising complaints get caught before they become obvious. All of this is condensed into your dashboard and a Monday-morning briefing, so instead of skimming hundreds of individual reviews you see the handful of patterns that actually matter and what to do about them.
Yes. Every review PeekWise.ai analyzes is already public — the same reviews anyone can read by opening a competitor's Google or Yelp listing in a browser. We don't access private accounts, private messages, or any non-public data, and we never collect personal information about the reviewers themselves; our AI works at the level of themes and sentiment, not individuals. Reading what the market is publicly saying about competitors is standard, long-established competitive research — PeekWise.ai simply automates the reading and pattern-finding that a diligent owner could do manually with unlimited time. We also respect platform rules around data collection and retention: review data is stored only as long as needed to compute trends (see our Privacy Policy for retention periods), and nothing we produce ever posts to, edits, or interacts with a competitor's listing.
No installation required. PeekWise.ai is 100% web-based. Sign up, add the names of your competitors, and your first weekly briefing arrives the following Monday.
The free trial lets you track 2 competitors. The Starter plan tracks 3, Growth tracks 8, and Pro offers unlimited competitor tracking across up to 3 locations.
PeekWise.ai currently integrates live with Google and Yelp. Tripadvisor, Facebook, Trustpilot, Booking.com, Foursquare, Nextdoor, Houzz, and Thumbtack are on the roadmap and shipping regularly.
Every Monday morning you receive a plain-English email that summarises what happened in competitor reviews the past week: top complaint themes, rising trends, praise signals, and 3 specific recommended actions you can take immediately to win more customers. It's written to be read in about five minutes — no charts to interpret and no dashboard you have to remember to check. Each briefing covers all your tracked competitors at once, so you see who's slipping, who's improving, and where the openings are in a single read. The recommendations are grounded in what customers actually wrote that week: if a rival's customers are complaining about weekend availability, the briefing will say so and suggest the concrete counter-move. The full detail behind every point stays available in your dashboard if you want to dig deeper.
Yes. PeekWise.ai only collects publicly available review data and never stores any reviewer PII — no names, profiles, or contact details of the people who wrote the reviews. Your own account and business data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest, and authentication is handled by Firebase Auth rather than passwords we store ourselves. Access to production systems is restricted, and we never sell or share your data with third parties — the only third-party services we use are the infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Review data itself has a deliberate shelf life: it's retained for six months to compute week-over-week trends and then expires automatically. If you delete your account, your business data is removed within 30 days. The Privacy Policy spells out every category of data we hold and why.
Reading reviews manually gives you one business at a time with no trend context — and it doesn't scale. If you track five competitors averaging a few dozen new reviews a month each, staying current means reading hundreds of reviews and somehow remembering what last month looked like to spot a trend. PeekWise.ai does that reading for you, every night, across all your competitors simultaneously. It classifies each review into themes, tracks how each theme moves week-over-week, scores which competitor is most vulnerable right now, and turns the analysis into three specific recommended actions. It also catches what a human skimmer misses: a complaint theme mentioned once a week for six weeks reads like noise to a person but is a clear pattern to a system counting mentions. The result is hundreds of reviews turned into a five-minute Monday read.
